Shadowbits.org ("the company") agrees to furnish services to the customer, subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS).
The company's service is a static web hosting.
The company doesn't use, store, or transfer customer's content for any purpose other than the main service, i.e., publishing on the customer's site at the customer's discretion.
Under no circumstances do we sell customer's content.
As a distinct feature, we provide the customer with access controls to their content to manage automated activity, aiming to protect customer's privacy and ownership over the content.
This blocking comes with absolutely no warranty and can't be used in any security critical application.
Our service is not an "abuse proof" hosting! We obey all the usual regulations for hosting services.
Customers must use the services provided for lawful, authorized purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any EU or Netherlands law is prohibited. The examples of strictly banned content:

Shadowbits.org is under no duty to look at each customer's or user's activities to determine if a violation of the TOS has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility through our TOS to monitor or police Internet-related activities.
Any customer, which Shadowbits.org determines to have violated any element of this TOS, shall receive an email, warning them of the violation. The service may be subject at Shadowbits.org's discretion to a temporary suspension pending a customer's agreement to refrain from any further violations, or to a denial of service.
Customer acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to customer. Customer is aware that the company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time-to-time. Any promotional offer is contingent upon company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.
Shadowbits.org provides technical support to all customers. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. The following are our guidelines when providing support: Shadowbits.org provides support related to your server or virtual site physical functioning. Shadowbits.org does not offer technical support for application or format specific issues such as css, html, markdown, or any other issue. Shadowbits.org does not provide technical support for YOUR customers.
Our software prevents the customer from exceeding the disk usage limit (usually 5 GB).
The customer can monitor current disk usage by the bar at the side panel of web File Browser.
If the current limit is not enough, the customer may ask us to provide more disk space.
In the event that a customer exceeds the network bandwidth of 800 GB per month, Shadowbits.org may, at its sole discretion, collect an overusage payment: For every excessive 500 GB per month, we will charge $5. The customer will be notified by e-mail about this additional charge. The customer may refuse to pay this additional charge, in this case the account will be suspended from the following month.
Shadowbits.org wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to the Shadowbits.org Terms of Service (ToS), customer indemnifies Shadowbits.org for any violation of the Terms of Service (ToS) that results in loss to Shadowbits.org or the bringing of any claim against Shadowbits.org by any third-party. This means that if Shadowbits.org is sued because of a customer's or a customer of a customer's activity, the customer will pay any damages awarded against Shadowbits.org, plus all costs and attorney's fees.

You, as Shadowbits.org's customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Shadowbits.org web site.
We undertake reasonable efforts to back up customer data, but cannot guarantee accuracy or regularity. Customers are expected to maintain regular backups of their own services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
